Kanda Wins Two Categories at the 2026 HR Excellence Award in Central Asia

We are pleased to share that Kanda has been recognized at the HR Excellence Award in Central Asia, a professional award that highlights strong practices in human capital management.

This year, we received recognition in two categories: Best T&D Project and Talent Acquisition Expert, awarded to Artur Zhadra.

The HR Excellence Award is a professional program focused on identifying and scaling best practices in human capital management. Its evaluation is based on international standards, including SHRM and CIPD, and looks at the real business impact of HR solutions rather than company size or budget. Each project is reviewed independently by an expert jury using a unified scoring model.

Our Best T&D Project win recognizes the work we have done developing guilds as a system for learning, onboarding, and professional development in a distributed IT environment. The project was built around behavioral change and measured through the Jack Phillips model, connecting outcomes back to business metrics.

The Talent Acquisition Expert award goes to Artur Zhadra for his work on optimizing the recruitment funnel and developing non-standard sourcing approaches to bring in top talent during a period of continuous growth at Kanda.
