Air Charter Guides has used its online presence to increase revenue by expanding from simple listings to a full-service system.  The new system makes chartering an airplane as easy as buying a commercial air ticket.  Customers can search the online system by airport, type of airplane, or location, and can book airplanes online.

To offer current and reliable information about airplane availability and cost in an industry with many providers, the system must be constantly fed with information from hundreds of different air charter providers, all with different processes and systems.  To meet this challenge, Kanda created XML-based feeds from different air charter scheduling products, allowing the information to be integrated seamlessly on an ongoing basis, without disruption of current processes.
