The system serves as both an enterprise portal and a customer portal. At the enterprise level, the portal is used for inter-agency communication, for project planning and scheduling, and to manage the project development and delivery process. As a client portal, the system supports customer input into project planning and online review and approval of creative content.

To further extend the firm's ability to interact with customers online, the system includes private extranets for individual clients.
