Kandas resident poet and editor recognized by Public Radio

The NPR member program "The Poet and the Poem," based at the Library of Congress, has honored Fulcrum: an annual of poetry and aesthetics with its Award for Excellence in Print 2003 as an outstanding contributor to American Letters. Fulcrum is founded and edited by poet Philip Nikolayev, Kandas own business writer and software engineer.
